Q: Do I need to have a lawn for the stork sign installation?

A: Absolutely! To ensure a proper and safe display of our new baby stork signs, we require a traditional residential lawn. This means having an open space of grass with unobstructed soil. Unfortunately, we cannot install signs in areas covered with rocks, pea gravel, concrete, mulch, flower beds, raised beds, garden pots, or thick landscaping. Also, we cannot place signs where there are public utility boxes, water mains, or other city, county, or state-owned structures present. We want to avoid any risks of impeding access to these areas or potentially facing fines or sign damage. Our team will securely install the sign by driving a stake 10 inches into the ground. If you have any questions about installation or location requirements, please feel free to reach out to us!

Q: When should I reserve a stork sign?

A: I would love to help you with your birth announcement stork signs! You can reserve a stork sign for scheduled births. If you have a scheduled delivery, it’s best to book in advance to secure your preferred delivery date. However, if it’s a surprise arrival, don’t worry! Just fill out the order form as the baby is born, and I will do my best to get the stork sign up before the new family comes home from the hospital. Under normal circumstances, I usually deliver within 24 hours. Once you’ve filled out the form, I’llreach out to confirm your order. I am excited to be part of your special moment!

A: Are you looking for a unique and charming way to announce your new bundle of joy? My adorable stork signs are perfect for the occasion! You can rent a stork sign for a full 7 days for birth announcements, allowing your family and friends to enjoy it too. Feel free to contact me for more information on renting a stork yard sign for your precious newborn. I can’t wait to make your announcement even more special!

Q: Where will you install the newborn announcement sign in the yard?

A: I want to make sure your stork sign is placed in the perfect spot for all your special moments and photo opportunities! By default, I stake the sign in the front yard, where it’s easily visible from the road. However, if you have a specific location in mind, just let us know before we arrive, and I’ll do my best to accommodate your request. Your satisfaction is our priority, and I want to ensure you’re delighted with the placement of your stork sign.

Q: How do I place my order? How do I pay for your service?

A: Placing your order for an adorable stork sign is super easy! You can share all the important details with me by filling out our online form or dropping us an email at Storkstop22@gmail.com. I offer a convenient payment experience via Zelle or Venmo. Once your payment is completed, I’ll reserve your sign and get it ready for delivery. Just remember, full payment must be received before I can schedule your sign delivery. I can’t wait to help you celebrate the arrival of your little one!

Q: What is your service area?

I deliver birth announcement new baby stork signs for your front yard to Rancho Cucamonga, Alta Loma, Upland, Ontario, Fontana, Montclair, San Dimas and Claremont. I also pick up the signs at the end of the rental period.

Q: How much does the new baby stork lawn sign cost? Do you charge any additional fees?

A: I would love to help you celebrate the arrival of your little one with our adorable new baby stork signs! A stork sign rental for a birth announcement, including a personalized bundle that you can keep as a sweet memento, is priced at $100. If you’re located within 5 miles of our base, the delivery fee is free. For locations farther out, up to 20 miles, we charge a small delivery fee. Don’t worry about setup and pickup, as I take care of everything. My goal is to ensure you can focus on enjoying this special time with your new bundle of joy!

Q: How much are sibling/message stars/dog bones and cat signs?

A: Looking to add a little extra charm to your baby announcement? Our sibling star signs, message signs, dog bones, or cat signs are the perfect way to include the whole family in the celebration! Each of these signs is available for $25. You can personalize them with your own message, and they will be left behind as keepsakes at the end of the rental period. I offer these signs in both pink and blue, so everyone can feel included in the fun.

Q: What service do you offer for multiple births?

A: If you’ve been blessed with multiple births, don’t worry, I’ve got you covered! I offer separate stork signs for each baby. Yes, you heard it right! Each bundle carries the details of each precious little one. Twin stork sign rentals including a personalized bundle for each baby is priced at $170.

Q: What signs do you offer for proud grandparents?

A: Congratulations on becoming a grandparent! I know it’s a special moment, and want to help you announce it to the world. I offer stork signs for proud grandparents too! We have generic bundles starting at $75 or personalized bundles for $100. The storks can be rented for 7 days and will be installed in your yard to share the exciting news with your community. The personalized bundles contain the baby’s details and are left behind as keepsakes when we pick up the storks.

Q: Under what circumstances do you cancel an order?

A: To ensure a smooth process, we kindly request that payment be made 24 hours before the stork delivery date. This will help avoid any order cancellation. I’ll reach out to you via phone, text, or email to remind you of the pending payment and ensure everything is in order for your special occasion. If you have any questions or concerns, please don’t hesitate to reach out, I am here to assist you!

Q: What is your refund policy?

A: My goal is to provide excellent service and fulfill your requests to the best of my ability. If there are any issues with your order, wI’m happy to offer a refund. However, we kindly request a 24-hour notice for any last-minute requests that weren’t previously discussed during the booking process. You’re eligible for a full refund in the following situations: if you cancel your stork or birthday sign rental at least 24 hours before the delivery date or if extreme weather conditions prevent us from setting up your sign. Unfortunately, I am unable to provide a refund in the following situations: if I can’t access a gated community due to a lack of gate code or an incorrect code, if the security guard at a gated community refuses to let me enter and I can’t wait for more than 10 minutes while they try to contact the homeowner for access, if the homeowner or recipient doesn’t allow me to set up the sign or asks me to remove it before the end of the rental period, if a threatening animal, such as a dog, prevents me from accessing the property, or if the location doesn’t have a traditional lawn, which I define as a wide expanse of unobstructed soil with grass on top. We always strive to ensure your satisfaction with our service, and we appreciate your understanding in these situations.
